When I was looking for realtor, I searched top realtors in the area and I picked Miranda by her profile picture because she just truly had the appearance of a genuine person and I was not wrong! Besides just being a downright, down to earth person Miranda is extremely knowledgeable of the market in the Mexico Beach, PSJ, Wewa, Cape & Indian Pass area. She makes you feel comfortable and no matter the budget you have she works just as hard for someone with a lower end budget as someone with a large budget, she truly cares about her clients getting the home they want. She is always available to answer any questions & trust me I had questions as this area was totally different than where we moved from in Georgia. I felt like I had known Miranda for years after our initial meeting which puts you at ease and makes the whole process so much more enjoyable. Miranda will not push you to buy a property you do not want or cannot afford, she honestly just wants to sell you a property you will love. She also was the first agent we ever had that viewed properties with us and viewed it as if she were buying it and would tell you what things the lender would require to be repaired before purchase. I could go on and on about what a wonderful real estate agent Miranda is because she is genuinely a kind and caring person which transfers over into her job. She will work hard for you as if you are her only client, you will not be disappointed if you choose her to be your agent!
