We lost a purchase a few years back due to an unethical realtor passing us over because she didn’t want to share her commission. We had two days at the Dead Lakes RV park, I checked my usual real estate sites, and came across your listing. While fishing, we worked our way to the backside of the property, it was a win for my husband right away, the healthy alligator nearby didn’t do much for me! lol When we got off the lake. we drove to see the front of the lot, and contacted you because we knew the commission would be low and we didn’t want to chance someone not working for us because they’d have to share the measly amount. You never put the money you’d make, how be it so small, over the customer service and depth of work you had to do to make this sale happen.
